Krissy serves The Chad Wilson Group as a Client Care Coordinator. She comes to our team with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

With several years of sales and customer service already under her belt, Krissy started out in the real estate industry in 2006 as a transaction coordinator at one of the first real estate transaction coordination companies in the US.  There, she virtually and successfully managed all aspects of transactions for REALTORs throughout the country, which ultimately led to her transition to Senior Business Development Officer for a major national title company. Later, Krissy became one of the first employees at the real estate tech startup, Opendoor, joining their operations team to help launch their buyer-side platform. After Opendoor, she then spent nearly 5 years pursuing her passion for new construction with Lombardo Homes as Sales Manager and Design Consultant for the new-home construction company. During her time with Lombardo, she earned several prestigious awards from the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri.

Krissy resides in Lake St. Louis with her husband, two sons, and cavapoo puppy. She loves spending time with her family and immersing herself in her boys’ activities, all things houses, and St. Louis sports! She is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to help serve the past, current, and potential clients of The Chad Wilson Group with the care and attention they deserve.
